Our Chef
Born in Turkey, Ulas started cooking from childhood in the family restaurant. He has now been cooking for over 20 years, opening Frankies in 2020 to bring convenient food and drink to his local community and visitors through delivering the highest of quality and variation in his menu.

He strives to offer every meal just the way you like it, happy to customise items from the menu so everyone can eat the meal they want. He offers drinks including all manner of tea and coffees, as well as various soft drinks and a selection of beer and wines.
